As part of our Project based Learning in Kotare we learnt about the Horouta story. In our project groups we researched, designed and created the different elements needed to bring a play together. We had costume designers, set creators, script writers and advertisers all working together to make our play happen.

ReplyDeleteHi my name is kalindi and my favorite part of the Horouta play was setting it all up and creating posters with my group and also when they hit the sandbar because the actors did that part very well. Im very impressed with myself and the whole class since we all did our part. I really enjoyed doing this play.

ReplyDeleteHi my name is Manoa and I think the Horouta play was great and my favourite part was when they hit the sand bar and they had to split up to repair the waka.one thing that kinda went wrong was that the intro was a bit of because they got a bit confused when they were reading it out.
